Traditionally, a home inspection was only ordered when a home was sold (usually by the new buyer)  to get an objective opinion of the property. It is becoming more common for home inspections to be used to evaluate the condition of a property as it ages.

Our inspections conform to the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors  "Standards of Practice" and our business practices follow their "Code of Ethics".  DPS is a Candidate Member of the Association.
