| The home inspection reports are produced using the 3-D Inspection Systems software, the most widely used inspection software on the market today. Reports are in .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format and are uploaded to the Internet. A link is provided to persons needing access to a report and it can be downloaded to any computer with an Internet connection.
The report consists of a Cover Page, a Summary Letter, which lists any problems or concerns found during the inspection, and the Detailed Report, which lists individual components inspected with comments. Photographs of items of concern are in the Detail section.
